PLEASE READ CARFULLY.
DO NOT roll down the window for at least 48 hours so that film may cure properly. Your film will take 30 days to fully dry and cure, during this period it is normal to have a hazy appearance. This condition is temporary, caused by the moisture used during application, and will disappear as the moisture dries during the curing process. Rayno automotive films may be washed with common washing solutions 30 days after installation. DO NOT use abrasive pads, cleaners, or industrial strength glass cleaners on any Rayno treated windows. USE a soft cloth with general cleaning solution (such as mild soap and water) to clean film. DO NOT peel or scrub the edges of the film. DO NOT switch on the demister on the back windscreen for next 2 weeks. DO NOT attach any smart tag holder, auto-access tag or soft toy holder on the filmed window after installation.

Terms and Conditions

The following warranty applies solely to the manufacturing quality of Rayno Automotive Window Film. The quality of installation is the sole responsibility of the dealer. Any defects caused by improper installation are the liability of the dealer and are not covered under the Rayno warranty.

Rayno and the Authorized Rayno Window Film Dealer (herein collectively referred to as “Seller”) warrant for Rayno Window Film will:

1. Maintain solar reflective properties without cracking or discoloration.

2. Maintain adhesion without delaminating, bubbling, blistering, or peeling from the glass.

3. Maintain the film specified color without fading to purple.

In the event that product is to be found defective under this warranty, Seller will replace the

quantity of film that is proven to be defective. Seller will also provide reapplication of the product free of charge during warranty period.

Warranty is non-transferable, and can only be obtained in Malaysia.

Warranty will be void if the product has been subjected to abuse or cared for improperly. Except for the obligations to replace defective film and reapply described above, seller shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
